I am Palkin Singla, a woman shaped by challenges, defined by resilience, and strengthened by every failure I have faced. My journey has not been easy. It is a story of struggles, sacrifices, and an unshakable belief in myself, even when life pushed me to the edge.
A Childhood of Struggles and Determination
Born and raised in Haryana, I started my schooling in a government school. Coming from a simple background, I always dreamed of achieving something bigger, something beyond the ordinary.
In 4th grade, I worked hard to clear the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) entrance exam, believing it could change my future. But life had other plans—I didn’t make it. That failure was heartbreaking, but I refused to let it break me. Instead of slowing down, I challenged myself even more. In just one year, I pushed through and completed two classes together, proving that setbacks would never define me.
Fighting for a Future: Education and Sports
I continued my studies at Bilaspur Government School, and by 2016, I joined Kalpana Chawla Government Polytechnic College in Ambala City. But my path was never smooth. I had to fight for every opportunity, balancing education with responsibilities.
Alongside my studies, I found strength in sports. I poured my emotions, frustrations, and dreams into athletics, pushing my limits. My hard work paid off—I became a state-level athletics champion, completing a 1000m race in just 2 minutes. That victory wasn’t just a medal; it was proof that I was capable of achieving anything if I put my heart into it.
The Harsh Reality: Starting My Career with Almost Nothing
In 2018, my real struggles began. I stepped into the professional world with only ₹6,000 per month, barely enough to survive. I started working in digital marketing, not because it was easy, but because I saw potential in it.
I had no luxury, no financial security—just my dreams and determination. There were nights I cried, days when I doubted myself, but I kept going. Every job switch, every rejection, every struggle only made me stronger.
At the same time, I refused to give up on my education. In 2021, I completed my Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Kurukshetra University (KUK), studying while working full-time. It was exhausting, but I knew that education was my weapon.
Failures, Setbacks, and the Fight to Stand on My Own
For the past two years, I have tried multiple times to start my own business. Each time, I failed. Each time, I lost money, hope, and confidence. Society whispered, "She won’t make it." But deep inside, a voice told me, "Try one more time."
I faced rejection, financial losses, and sleepless nights filled with self-doubt. But failure was never the end for me—it was just another lesson.
Becoming My Own Boss: The Woman I Am Today
Now, after years of struggle, I have finally built something of my own. I am self-employed, working as a digital marketing trainer, helping others build their careers. I took every hardship, every failure, and turned it into fuel to empower myself and others.
The Strength of a Woman
My journey is not just mine. It is for every woman who has been told she is not enough. It is for every girl who has faced failure and still dared to dream.
I have fought battles—mentally, emotionally, and physically—but I am still standing, stronger than ever.
This is not the end of my story. It is just the beginning. Because strong women don’t quit—we rise.
